Custom Sample Package

By purchasing you agree to the following: All Rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. The vocal samples (the “Samples”) in this product are licensed, not sold, to you for use in your music productions only.

All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling or trading of this product or its content is strictly prohibited. Only the original purchaser of this product has the right to use the enclosed vocal samples within their music compositions.*

*YOU SHALL NOT :

(a) rent, lease, lend, trade, license, transfer, duplicate, distribute, assign, sell or make copies of the Sounds whether modified or in their original form;

(b) publish, or make the Samples in isolation available, for others to copy;

(c) sell or incorporate the Samples, whether in combination with other sounds or alone, as part of any competitive product such as a sample pack, virtual instrument, expansion pack, or any other collection of sounds, samples, or loop elements in any format;

(d) upload, download, or electronically transfer the Samples to or from any server, including but not limited to sendspace.com, rapidshare.com, or similar service; and

(e) file share or make the Samples available via online-medium, including but not limited to any peer-to-peer file sharing service such as BitTorrent or any related service.

(f) credit Faerie as a “feature” when distributing. If your production appears on Faerie’s streaming profile due to “feature”, it will be subject to removal. 

Faerie is not responsible for creating promotional material, promoting, or assisting with production after purchase.

*Use of the Samples in the following multimedia projects is limited to use within original musical compositions. The following is allowed: music videos, social media, websites, portfolio, streaming sites. 

Any other multimedia use (movies, television broadcasting, podcasts, etc.) of the Samples must be cleared with the Faerie of this product prior to release.

This license is granted for a single user only. You cannot electronically transfer the Sample or place them in a time-sharing or service bureau operation or a computer/sampler network.

Although vocal credits are not required, it is highly encouraged. Examples of how to credit:

Refunds Are Permitted Under Certain Circumstances: I will only accept refunds before sending you the final zip file. I do not accept returns or exchanges otherwise. 

What if I want more than 16 bars?

- Please visit my Hire page to book a meeting and get a free quote.

How does the process work?

- After purchasing, you will get an email with a form attached. The form will include a place to choose what you need, link your track, enter your lyrics, describe your overall vision for the vox, etc.

- I will then review what you need and record within 3 days. If you're not satisfied with the first take, you have 1 free revision. If you're still not satisfied with the extra revision, you are eligible for a refund.

- Once you approve the vox, I will email you a zip file containing all the files you need.

What if I don't have lyrics prepared? 

- You must have lyrics prepared for this (excluding ad-libs) or you can hire me for lyrics by booking a meeting with me and getting a free quote.
